Call Mark to arrange same day service. The machine must come directly to our "Master Shop" where we will fix it usually within 2 hours. You drop it off, go for a coffee, we call your cellular phone, you pick it up. Just like that!
As B.C.'s largest service centre we stock almost every part so having to "wait for parts is extremely unusual.
We pick up and drop off twice a week.
Tuesdays and Fridays are our delivery days. Our mobile truck is on the road twice a week. If you called to arrange service we would pick your machine up and return it the following mobile day. For instance: We pick your machine up Tuesday and return it Friday, or, pick up Friday and return it Tuesday.
We pick up and drop off twice a week from our various agents and locations.
For your convenience you can drop your machine off at one of our many locations. We also pick up and deliver to these stores twice a week. The store will call you when your machine is back, then you pick it up at your leisure and convenience.

We are factory trained to service and repair all makes and models . We pride ourselves on our ability to succeed where others have failed! We receive constant training and new model factory certification. We use ONLY brand name parts for proper and lasting repairs which allows us to offer a FULL six month warranty.

Trade-in allowances.
We accept all makes and models of sewing machines, whether working or not toward the purchase of a new sewing machine. The value of the trade-in can range from a discount off the purchase price to our recycling it at no charge.
Our website also offers a classified section for you to sell the machine privately.
